Located on the first line to the sea on the splendid beach of La Costa de Los Pinos, these are basically two separate plots which have been integrated with each other and they look like a large, single plot.
The area covered by the smaller plot is 1360 sqms where an additional home of up to 350 – 400 sqms can be built while the larger of the two plots measures about 5140 sqms. The existing buildings are situated on this larger plot.
There are two adjoining houses here which communicate externally. The first house, which is bigger one, covers about 400 sqms of liveable area.
