Nadal shows his Majorca frontline property during the lockdown

Nadal opens the doors of his house to us during the Covid-19 lockdown: A very spacious, elegant frontline property with sea access near Manacor and the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy

In these times of Corona virus, nothing is the same as before. Suddenly, many celebrities have also become influencers (be they athletes, chefs or singers), and what previously may have been 'strictly intimate' before the state of alarm was declared, is now for them a way of staying in contact with their fans and maintaining their public presence

Spacious 1,000 sqms on the front line

The lockdown situation means that he too has to stay in his home on Mallorca and he has become more active than ever sharing his daily routine on his social networks from there. This impressive house is where the Nadal - Perelló couple lives when they are not traveling all over the world from one Grand Slam tournament to the other.

It is a house of just over 1,000 square metres that he bought 2013 for 4 million euros located in Porto Cristo (Manacor). The various buildings of the property are set on about 7,000 sqms of land; it is situated on the seafront. Nadal spent seven years reforming the property completely, in the course of this renovation some parts of the buildings were pulled down.

The images that he has shared on Instagram, show modern and minimalist finishes and his good taste as far as houses are concerned. The exterior of the Mallorcan-style stone chalet is equally as spectacular as the interior.

Not everything is about leisure. Rafa needs to continue training in order to stay in shape physically. So with the help of his coaches, he has managed to turn his house into a real training ground. This corridor with views of the cove that he visited as a little boy is one area.

The gym

Of course, the property has a gym fitted with professional equipment. Rafa normally trains here when he is not playing tournaments and he is most certainly pleased to be able to make the most of his facilities during the remaining weeks of strict confinement.

The views from the property are spectacular

Nothing can match the fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the idyllic coves that can be seen from different areas of his home. One can say that he is spending the current lockdown status in an absolute paradise in Mallorca.
