The main entrance to the villa boasts a breathtaking open-plan living space with a grand piano and open fireplace for the winter months. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with a solid marble island that comfortably seats 11 guests. On the ground floor, you will also find 3 bedrooms, all with reverse air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Smart Televisions. All ground-floor bedrooms have access to large terraces , including the primary suite which enjoys a private terrace to relax and enjoy. Ascending to the first floor, the illuminated stone staircase guides you to the wrap-around minstrel’s gallery overlooking the entrance hall, ideal as a place to read, work from home, or even partake in a game of chess. This area leads onto the master bedroom which offers a welcoming atmosphere with rich oak flooring and a secluded balcony with incredible views of the countryside. This bedroom also benefits from views of the valley and has windows with electric curtains, enabling you to appreciate the magnificent views without moving a muscle. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity with natural light flooding in, and a window with discrete frosting so you can soak and relax in the large bathtub in total privacy. If you step out of the tub during the winter months, you need not worry as the bathroom has underfloor heating.
Down in the basement is a hidden games room providing excitement and entertainment for all ages including gaming stations with racing seats, a pool table, a dart board, table football, and even a plastic shooting range. There is also a large range of seating, bar stools, and a large Smeg fridge for your beverages.
Through the electric gates onto the long driveway, the villa is surrounded by olive, palm, and fruit trees, including banana trees that produce fruit. The grounds also contain a planted vineyard using local grapes and soon to produce its wine. The outstanding landscape is fully gated to ensure peace of mind with young children and all-important privacy. There are 3 furnished terraces off the ground floor bedrooms which include sun lounges, outdoor sofas, tables, and chairs. The large main entrance terrace and the additional al fresco dining area off the kitchen host an impressive wooden dining table to seat 14 guests and is perfect for hosting dinner parties or even hiring a private chef to cook on the large gas BBQ. By the spring the villa will also have a swimming pool to cool off in the peak months.
For those who must work during their stay, the house offers 4 unique desks with comfortable working chairs and Fibre optic WIFI in all areas.
Guests are encouraged to make use of the sports equipment during their stay: 3 sets of golf clubs (1x left-handed) + 2x trolleys, 2x bikes also 1x triplet bike 1x tandem, wet suits, wakeboards, kneeboards, water skis, ropes and much more.
